Successful Deployment: Industrial Cooling System for 10,000 sqm Textile Factory in Vietnam

The project involved the design, supply, and installation of a comprehensive evaporative cooling system covering the factory's entire 10,000 m² production hall.

The Challenge

The customer, a well-established textile manufacturer supplying major global apparel brands, approached PengjingTech with a pressing problem: their weaving and spinning hall had become unbearably hot during the summer months, with temperatures regularly exceeding 38°C.

The issues were multifaceted:

• Worker productivity had dropped by an estimated 15-20% during peak summer months
• Quality control issues were increasing as operators struggled to maintain focus
• Employee turnover had spiked, with many workers citing hot working conditions
• Existing natural ventilation couldn't keep up with process heat from hundreds of looms

The Solution

After conducting a detailed site assessment and airflow modeling, the PengjingTech engineering team recommended a comprehensive evaporative cooling system:

• 25 units of PJ-50K wall-mounted evaporative coolers (50,000 m³/h each)
• 20 units of PJ-7M HVLS ceiling fans (7m diameter)
• Custom ductwork system connecting coolers to main production aisles
• Centralized control system with zone-based temperature monitoring
